How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a Vividshop bag "add to bag",click on it to add this item to the basket.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping cart?
Once you have clicked on the "add to bag" button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your bag. You can then locate the shopping bag in the top menu navigation bar. Your items will be listed in the cart, you can also edit them further from here.

How do I get to the checkout?
Click "Checkout" in the top menu navigation bar, it will take you directly to the secure checkout for completion of the purchase.

First locate the shopping cart basket "view your bag" in in the top menu navigation bar online store and click "Edit Cart"

How do I check the shipping cost on my items?
First add the items to your cart you wish to find shipping costs for, then locate the view bag in the top menu navigation bar. In this box you will see a link to "calculate shipping". From this page you can enter your country and postcode to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your cart. You can then decide whether to proceed and complete the purchase.You can also go to "delivery" in top navigation bar for more information on shipping charges.

How do I create an account?
In the side column of the online store you will see a members box. In this box you can click on the link to go to the secure log in or account creation page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later.
If you are a member with a discount for all purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase.

How are the goods packaged when I receive them?
We gift wrap your purchase, or if its not a gift we will wrap it in tissue with ribbon. You can also purchase a card from our selection in greeting card category and we will write your desired message. A nice touch to personalise your gift. Please be aware that if the colour you select for gift wrapping & ribbon is not in stock, then we'll do our best to use a similar one. What are my payment choices?
Payment options are secure Credit Card (visa, amex & mastercard), Paypal, Direct Deposit into our Bank,Cheque or Money Order, Pay over the Phone & Pay In Store. These are also listed on the third page of the secure checkout. At the base of the page there will be a drop down list to choose your preferred method.

Small parcel up to cubic 1kg - $7.80
Medium parcel up to cubic 3kg - $10
Large parcel up to cubic 5kg - $15
If your not home when your parcel is delivered the courier will leave a calling card in your letter box with a number to call to organize another delivery time that suits you. If your order is posted with Australia Post and your not home, they will leave a calling card for you to collect the goods from your local post office.
International Orders: We choose to use Australia Post for all international orders.

Price and Returns Policy
All prices shopping cart are guaranteed to be fair and accurate in our industry market, they will not alter from the time of your purchase to the time you are charged.
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Vividshop within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition with your original purchase reciept.
Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return policy" and will not be accepted back. Also if you received the item as a gift please contact vividshop directly, via phone +61 2 8399 1210 or email info@vividshop.com.au and we will get a return/exchange form out to you as soon as possible. Once you have received that, please mail back with the goods you wish to return or exchange.
Post the goods prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Exchanged/returned goods will be shipped back at your own expense. Return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
