Returns Policy

Our returns policy aims to remain fair and flexible to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases and have the opportunity to return and swap items for others that fit or suit better.

However, as a small retailer we are unable to provide refunds unless goods are faulty and it is required by law.

We will happily allow returns for store credits within 14 days from purchases made in store or from receiving your order to the date of return in store or date posted back - provided all items are in original condition and comply with the store’s terms and conditions at our discretion.

To be eligible all items returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging including with all tags attached and have no signs of damage.

For reasons of hygiene and perishability we cannot accept returns of jewellery, hair accessories, baby goods, edible products, plants, flowers and paper goods such as cards and books.

We cannot accept returns on sale goods including on items discounted by promotional code except if approved by us under special circumstances, usually at point of sale.

In order to process your return please contact us as soon as possible within the 14 day period by sending a message with your details and the purchase details and address returns to Vividshop, 558 Crown Street , Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
